Today, it has seven branches in South Australia and Northern Territory and offers award winning banking products and services to everyone including more than 40,000 happy customers with a member satisfaction rating and an employee satisfaction index of 94% and 91%, respectively. It offers savings and transaction accounts, term deposits, car, home and personal loans with competitive interest rates, renovation loans, lines of credit, business lending, low-cost credit cards, Visa debit cards, overdrafts as well as estate and retirement planning through Bridges Financial, phone and online banking, mobile banking app, domestic and international money transfers and more. For the year ended 30 June 2023, Police Credit Union reported profit after tax of $6.9 million, interest income of $50 million, total assets of $1.3 billion, loans $1.06 billion, deposits of $1.15 billion and total equity of $112 million. No. Each Member has a unique Member number and associated telephone access or internet banking password. Our staff are trained to match each unique Member number and password.

How do I activate my new, replacement and/or renewal cards?
All new, replacement and renewal cards from Police Credit Union will need to be activated before use. This is an easy process and you can do so using multiple channels.

Can I use my card without activating it first?
No, to improve your banking security it is imperative that you activate all your new cards before use.
