Qudos Bank (formerly Qantas Credit Union) is one of Australia's biggest customer-owned banks. It employs over 200 people and serves more than 95,500 members through branches in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne. The company offers award-winning financial services including home, personal and car loans with competitive interest rates, everyday and savings accounts, Visa credit and debit cards, foreign exchange, mobile and online banking, phone banking, retirement planning, wealth management, life insurance options, international money services as well as general insurance products. Moreover, it provides fee free access to ATMs throughout the country comprising Qudos Bank ATMs as well as ATMs of all major banks. Qudos was named Australia's Best Large Mutual Bank by Mozo and Customer-Owned Bank of the Year by Canstar. The company was established in 1959 by 14 Qantas employees. It was formerly known as Qantas Staff Credit Union and changed its name to Qudos Bank in 2016. For the financial year ended 30 June 2023, Qudos had $5.5 billion in total assets and $4.7 billion in deposits. Qudos Bank is a trading name of Qudos Mutual Limited.
